Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the guarantees of the product?

Resinject guarantee our product against shrinkage or deterioration causing significant settlement for a period of 10 years. It is our aim is to provide a professional, high quality job.

  • How long does the resin take to cure?

The product cures in a matter of minutes.  Once a job is completed, the product will have cured and there will be no more chemical re-action taking place.

  • Do we have to vacate the building or home whilst work is carried out?

Depending on the project, we may request that furniture and fittings be removed prior to our arrival – should we be working inside the house.  This will be discussed by your Project Manager with you during your initial site inspection and assessment.

  • Is there any digging or excavating around the building prior to injecting the resins?

If there are utility services in near proximity to where we are drilling we may have to clear the area for visual purposes therefore minimising the risk of damage. Otherwise only small holes are drilled to allow our product to be injected into the problem area.

  • What noise and dust are going to be produced from your process?

Our mobile unit does have a generator that powers our equipment.  This has been enclosed in a specifically designed cabinet to minimise noise levels.  The “drillout” can be noisy, but this phase of the process is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible to minimise the duration of the noise.  Should the “drillout” take place internally, we manage dust suppression via the use of vacumn cleaners and small amounts of water.
