Case Study Garage Floor

After assessing the garage floor we noticed the far corner of the garage was approximately 120mm subsidedThis floor was an “infil “ type slab.

After drilling seven holes in the floor, we injected our product under the floor and slowly levelled the floor back to its original position.

Care was taken NOT to lift it too aggressively so as to minimise the risk of adding to the cracks in the slab.

This was carried out by repeating a series of lifts and supporting as we progressed.

The process was carried out in a couple of hours and certainly saved the client a great deal of stress of having to break up the slab, get rid of the old concrete, compact the ground and relay a new slab.

The other benefit to the client was that of a financial benefit – definitely cost a great deal less than replacing it.

Again WHY REPLACE IT? RAISE IT!
