This project involved a residential house with a dominant cracked wall. We were able to attend to closure of the wall.

A residential driveway was raised 55mm. Laser monitoring and dial gauges were used as part of our project monitoring process. The concrete slab was re-levelled and the re-supported to minimise the risk of future movement

The verandah was falling away from the house. A series of polyurethane piers were installed along the leading edge of the verandah, consolidating the ground and rotating the corner of the verandah to approximately its original position.

The floor was raised 50mm and the ground beneath it was consolidated to minimise the risk of future movement.
