``I was very impressed with the flow of information, it was a pleasant surprise to deal with a company that keeps you advised of what when and where. The Team of Richard, Sammy, Adam and Jesse were very professional, keeping me constantly informed of what they were doing and why. They were very pleasant gentlemen to have on site. The cleaned up after the job was complete and it was almost hard to tell where they had been. The results were very pleasing after injecting the resin and I have confidence there will be no more problems. Thanks for everything.``

Frequently asked questions

How deep into the ground do you inject?

Injection depth can be critical to ensuring long-term ground consolidation. Each situation varies and the injection depth is determined by the state of the ground. That’s why we inject our resin at multiple and different depths varying between 800mm and 3.5m.

How long will it take to complete the job?

Most residential jobs are finished within a few hours. Bigger projects may take over a day; your project manager will discuss the time frame as part of the free site assessment and quoting.

What does Resinject provide on site?

Our crew work from a self-contained mobile unit. We generate our own power and bring all the tools and products required to carry out the works.

What are the guarantees of your product?

Drawing on over 60 years’ combined experience, Resinject only use an Australian Standard resin and inject to a depth of up to 3.5 metres if necessary. We also provide plenty of support around each lift point. This is why we can confidently guarantee our product against significant settlement for a full 50 years.

How do you ensure perfect levelling?

On arrival, our crew start by confirming the levels recorded in the initial assessment. We then employ laser equipment to monitor the lifting closely throughout the process, ensuring levelling that is precise to the millimetre.

What noise and dust is to be expected?

Our generator has been enclosed in a custom-designed cabinet to minimise noise levels, so it is relatively quiet. Drilling may be noisy, but this is completed quickly, and when drilling indoors, we capture the dust with vacuum cleaners and small amounts of water.
