Symptom:
This concrete pool surround slab was constructed on poorly compacted subsoils as well as all control joints were not sealed, therefore was undermined by the effects of water. Our main aim was to re-level the slabs around the swimming pool and seal the joints
Solution:
Resinject slab jacked the area using our shallow injection method to void fill, raise and re-level the slab back to its original state.
This key hole surgery was all completed within hours with no major invasive damage to the slab or pool surrounds.
The slab in the lowest area was lifted approximately 60mm, back to its original tolerance. A Fantastic result!
