The Site
A residential complex, consisting of several double-story brick veneer dwellings, built on slab foundations in 2007.
The Issue
Three of the dwellings had developed cracks in the walls, while an uneven pedestrian path was noted on site.
The structural cracks and the sunken path slab suggest subsidence issues. Failure to rectify these could incur substantial future repair costs and pose safety hazards for residents.
The Resinject Solution
The client entrusted Resinject to address the subsidence issue with an effective and cost-efficient solution.
Through the targeted injection of Resinject’s ‘RSJ170’ Structural Resin beneath the affected areas, our team successfully enhanced ground conditions, achieving the necessary elevation to repair existing cracks and stabilise the slabs. This restoration ensured the site’s safety and mitigated against expensive future repairs.
