The Issue
The client contacted Resinject because the concrete slabs were moving and cracking when vehicles drove over them.
The client wanted to remediate the sunken foundations without the expense of excavation and to keep the facility operational
The Resinject Solution
Resinject was appointed to fill the voids and lift the slabs with minimal impact to the site’s core daily functions. Our resin injection raised and and re-levelled the impacted slabs in a single process.
Our solution was a far more cost-effective alternative to traditional underpinning processes, which can be expensive and disruptive.
The client was very happy with the result, and has asked us to look at other facilities which they own.
